Option 1: 50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation by bank transfer + 50% of the total amount in cash on the day of check-in
Option 2: 100% of the total amount is due at time of reservation by bank transfer
Security deposit
€1.500,00 will be requested as a damage deposit on the day of check-in. The deposit will be returned during the check-out day.
Tourist tax
A tourist tax of 1€ per guest per night (only those >16 years old) will be requested on the day of check-in. Point 3 of Law 5/2017 of March 28th from "Government of Catalonia"
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before arrival.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before the start of their stay, the host will receive 50% of all nights.
If guests cancel less than 7 days before the start of their stay, the host will receive 100% of all nights
Guests can also get a full refund if guests cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as it is at least 14 days before arrival.
Policy
The house is rented only to the number of people requested
Animals are not allowed
Parties are not allowed
The pump and the filter of the pool work for 8h/day enough for a normal maintenance of dirtiness
In case of inappropriate behaviour you will be evicted from the house and the police will be notified
Respect the rest of the neighbours
The house is insured to third parties but not to the assets of the guest
